      well structured, good name, highly skilled co-workers, fair wages, etc...very good company

      Cons

      localizing to much; prioritizing hiring local employees over anyone with correct capabilities. Company politics increasing year by year making it more often necessary to spend more time on internal politics than work. Slow.
