Pros

Great discount, 35% everything besides SCS memberships. During the holidays an extra 10% gets added on to the discount.

Cons

They start you at $9.25 which is below the poverty line. The pay is peanuts in general, but its even worse for what they expect you to do. Regularly make weekly, monthly and yearly sales plans, create and build a client database which you call for events. You're expected to sell tens of thousands of dollars monthly, but you'll never see any of that money. It isn't commissioned and the raises are meager so you'll just work yourself to the bone for little compensation.

Pros

I worked here as a sales assistant for about 8 months and was surprised by how much I grew to like the company despite having very little interest in jewelry and zero interest in figurines. This is partly due to a skillful manager who really tried to engage employees and customers with her enthusiasm for the brand. Everyone ended up liking crystal.

Cons

The pay was quite low.

Pros

Beautifully, well made product that you can really get behind selling. Wonderful resources for product knowledge available. Many opportunities to make lasting customer connections. Liberty to visually merchandise your store as you see fit for your stores volume.

Cons

Majority of the customers are re-sellers, no set policy and procedure in place on dealing with this kind of clientele. You are expected to make store sales goal without having the inventory for special promotions the store is running, the promotions change too often causing customers to want price adjustments. (20% off and two days later 60% off) customers will opt out of buying something because they know it may go on a deeper discount the following week.
