the work atmosphere is friendly and the salary is higher than other retail stores and you can get employee discount after you worked for 6 months.

My experience with Swarovski has been great , it's something more than a normal retail store. You don't have the rush that you can face in a clothes store .

Cons

Sometimes you could get bored of doing always the same work everyday and some customers are arrogant because they equate the crystals to diamonds , so they get crazy when they lose some crystal from they "jewels" , without considering that are not original diamonds.
