Paid weekly- which is also an indicator of how old school they are.

Very outdated sales tactics, terrible management- most worked their way up and it shows because they still use sales tactics from 30 years ago

Modern and clean building. This company handled the pandemic in a very good way. People were encouraged to work from home as much possible. There is close monitoring of people who are in the office. PPE is provided by the company consistently and there is a lot of effort to ensure social distance everywhere in the company. The workplaces are safe, clean,. Employees have great benefits and they are compensated properly (even during this long pandemic)!!!

As any other company, there are opportunities for improvement, for example the communication at all levels could be improved to prevent problems.
