      - It's a great opportunity for learning and growth. - The people who I work with are very talented and friendly. - Remote-first approach, that offers flexibility for your schedule and being able to work with people around the world, creating an enriching multicultural environment. - The product is super interesting

      Pros

      Pro eng team with hands-on managers. Worked on a lot of new features, not just maintenance Remote works since almost everybody does it, you can mute boring meetings and go on about your work :)

      Cons

      Some infra is a bit dated (working on it). Team is much better since they've reduced the team and let go of the folks that didn't seem to enjoy the work or play well with the rest of the team.
