There are no good reasons to work for this horrible company.

Cons

This company makes promises they do not keep. They do not value their employees. They do lay-offs regularly and no one is safe. C-Level executives don't last long. The turn-over is unbelievable at this company. This is a bad company that no one should work for.

Work from home situation at the time.

Cons

Constantly changing systems and supports. Systems were down most of the time and very poor support kept the customers angry a great deal of the time. Too many off-shore employees who read scripts and anger the customers for their lack of understanding.

Pros

Has benefits that cost a took high a percentage of wages. Bonus's offered. If their system is working correctly, otherwise not paid due to system issues.

Cons

I applied for and technical but was put into Customer service. Per agreement with former HR personnel. I spent thousands to attend onsite training and in return was to go up to $12.50 an hour with said training with opportunity to advance. I attended training and per a former supervisor I was skilled above level I am current positioned. I do not have opportunity to advance despite being told other wise before attending training. HR response it get a lawyer. Company not responsible for advisements that benefit employees.
