I have been with the firm for a while now, what I found is that your success in the firm is highly depend on who is backing you. 1. Quite chilled compared to other banks 2. Reasonable pay 3. Good work life balance 4. Move within the firm is doable

1. No clear direction from senior management 2. Limited career path 3. Slow working culture which can lead to inefficiency 4. Poor retention of talents
