Pros
The work environment, the mix of both local and international work personnel, being exposed to working outside the country in many African countries and the core values that binds every employee. A well-tailored work environment where every person has mutual respect for the other.
Cons
Every organization has its pros and cons. While we have great policies, any cons should be quickly taken as a personal perception. Every man has a right to his opinion. For me, I'd rather say its a great place to work.
