      Exposure to different kinds of learnings in terms of system analysis, build and different risk assessments prior to going into a live environment/ production. Reliable IT support when it comes to allowing downloads for tools that enable efficiency with regards to business requirements depending on the type of automation that product owners sign off.

      Cons

      The wait period before allowing system access is too long and hinders progress and turn around time stipulated for a process design.
