      Pros

      paceX is a challenging and demanding environment, but there is no doubt you will come out a better engineer/technician/buyer/whatever you do here. The opportunity to expand your skill set is always there and the rate at which you learn is unparalleled. Ultimately, you are judged on your performance and results, not politics. This is not a place where you will push a button from 9-5. You will work on awesome things with some awesome people and celebrate in the successes together

      Cons

      As the company gets bigger, it has been harder to keep the fun, start-up feel. A lot will be expected of you but as many have said, it is very rewarding.

      Pros

      You are working for a company that is doing great things for a noble goal. Launch Days are unlike any other company gathering, and really put things in perspective. Benefits are great, and a lot of employee services and pluses. In IT, you learn anything you can, and get to go everywhere and do almost anything, so you really get to experience the entire company. From machine shops to spacecraft build areas; you help support an amazing group of people that have a common goal. Also there is room to grow, and you can definitely advance your career here.

      Cons

      Having a lot of responsibility can be stressful at times, but it is an amazing feeling when everything is successful, and your hard work pays off.

      Pros

      Dynamics work environment, hands-on experience with flight hardware, and the knowledge of being the front runner in the public's eye of the commercial space industry.

      Cons

      Unorganized, cut-throat company with the intent of working you to get as much out as possible. Management? There is none and the lack of leadership is due to the fact that everyone is having to do so much that no one has time to work as a team across the company. Every site is on a different schedule, no communication at all. Everyone goes in there every day wondering if it'll be their last (fired-not kidding).
