Cons
Some of the worst compensation in the fitness industry, esp. for what is involved in running a studio at Soul, specifically. The term Work/life balance is thrown around A LOT. It is a lovely idea but not possible most of the time. The studio is open 365. Even if you work in a semi-busy studio, it is almost never a good time to take a vacation Either work on Thanksgiving or Christmas, take your pick.
