Pros

Great employees and good work life balance.

Cons

In my particular project (there are many different areas), managers were only worried about pleasing the Japanese Management. It feels like a sinking ship. So the focus is not in the employees, but how to embellish our work to please others. That causes lack of direction and too much office politics. It is good if you don't want to do much work, but bad if you care about your career.
