Heavy environment and full of energy, my commitment to LSG is limitless.

Cons

No downsides whatsoever in the subject of management. But there is a slight downfall, some employees do not follow the health protocols and quality protocols which is concerning in some levels but with some reunions and smalls chats i am positive that we can change in a good manner to help with those protocols.
