Pros

Great job you just need thick skin and be really self motivated

Cons

inconsistent pay, they will give/takeaway a percentage of your commisson check depending on the branches overall customer satisfaction. even if you are showing excellent customer service, it is the entire branch that matters.

Hi there, thank you for your review. While certain aspects of the role definitely require some self motivation, we also have a fully capable team and managers who are their to support you.
