      Pros

      The Work life balance is pretty good, not that many long hours. If you like what you're doing and comfortable doing it forever, you will like it here.

      Cons

      The Management isn't that good, very poorly run departments. They don't have growth opportunities so you will plateau. The politics are very annoying

      Customer acceptance and exposure. Learning environment. Innovative. Environment of smart, driven and focused people.

      Cons

      The silos. A lot of waste and at times conflict. Competing initiatives. Questionable management of human capital, mostly among certain middle management functions.
