      Good company but not a very good environment for a new talent to grow. Especially HR and top management needs to change

      Salary on time Good compensation as per industry Good team to work

      Cons

      1. Exploiting policies by HR for variable pay ( completely manipulated system not at all in favour of employee. No performance driven incentives) 2. HR is very unfriendly and rigid in the issues related to convenience of employee. No sense of any empathy. Intentionally delaying timely promotions of people citing totally irrelevant excuses. 3. HR is very rigid in salary negotiations and non cooperative in majority of the issues. 4. Favouritism in the management only preferred people grow. 5. No people development discussion within the organisation for people to grow.

      Good products and benefits. Upper management lacks human touch.

      Nice colleagues, challenging work and technical opportunities. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Salary not the best in the industry. Disorganized company in general. Discrimination between managers and plant workers. Low amount of vacations. Waste management doubtful.

      Good brand in wrong hands in India

      1. Indian Management 2. Negetive image in market 3. Good people are not joining Sika India 4. Wrong selection of people in top management 5. Lacking business stability, every changes in management , work culture and policy keeps changing. 6. Company not driven by Process and System , but driven by a lobby.
