It is the only job I have ever had where they base improvement on negative reinforcement this pluses and deltas stupidity is for the birds! this is a delta within itself! and going below the line thing is idiotic!

Depending on the location, the rest of your Sephora experience can either be good or bad. I've worked for wonderful managers who made my experience phenomenal and pushed me to advance; and then I've worked for lazy managers who lack experience in the field and who play favorites. Under these types of managers, your opportunity for advancement comes to a slow crawl. Also, the turnover in some of these stores is ridiculously high so you are constantly having to train new people only to say goodbye to them months later.
