Remote work, fun people to work with, opportunities to grow once you are on "the right path" & you learn a lot.

Cons

By learning a lot actually, it is that you have a lot on your plate. Also, they don't stick to decisions that are working... and those that are not working are still the same. There is no compensation equity across the company.

Cons

Life-balance could be challenging, time management is the key. Lack of communication between departments.
