1)No life! Minimum 12h work per day and the salary is super basic for a managerial position. 2)The top management is out of this world, asking to deliver tasks with a super tight budget/timeline 3)Due to different time zones your phone is always full of messages that have to be replied 4)PRESSURE PRESSURE PRESSURE 5) They open locations without a decent market research and guess who has to find solutions! I found it impossible to concentrate on the offices even though the environment was nice. There was a LOT of employee turnover (including top management) so projects one was working on would suddenly be canceled because a person was fired/left. Nothing really gets done, I have meetings about the same stuff I discussed upon my first week at the job (I am now more than 6 months in). The morals of the company are questionable and there seems to be no budget for improvements or salary raises. There is very little communication even inside the teams and this creates a chaotic environment where you're just trying to put out fires during the day rather than getting any work done.
