some friendly colleagues, flexi time. Career progression is good for technicians. other than that, not much.

Cons

very toxic work environment. no collaboration between depts. HR is toxic as well as they draw line and play the pushing game. Salary quite pathetic.

Very low increment, around 100 per year eventhough you achieve your KPI. Only small eyes get to be Assistant Manager & above

Cons

Want you to do a lot with crappy programs and no resources, cheap company. Everything meaningful has to go through Switzerland. US Morristown a horrible place to work. All the managers are horrible people.
