Pros

The company has over 50 years of experience in editing K12 textbooks, and presence in 22 countries so you can learn a lot. There are opportunities, upward mobility in the lower positions if you put in the hours and work. It can become a little stale doing revisions for the same materials year over year but when new series come the fun begins. Good working environment, nice people.

Cons

Once you reach higher levels in the hierarchy is difficult to find opportunities of growth. The parent company is having financial difficulties so there is little room to create new projects.

It's a great place to learn about the concepts behind making a textbook. There are a lot of veterans in the company that are friendly and help guide you through the process.

Cons

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with Management, not everyone just a few.
