Great people, Straight forward work, Gain a great deal of skills. There is a tremendous about of opportunity to learn all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Clean work. always willing to invest in safety, quality, and process improvement to make the job better.

Cons

They do not promote from within. People move in, and move out. While you will learn many skills, you are not likely to be rewarded for them.

Great people on the lower level with great attitudes. Great salaries and benefits. Great work ethic, sad that site leader doesn't care much about it.

Cons

Site Leader doesn't know how to be a leader. No work-life balance. No real planning always reacting to any situation. No real continuous improvement practices.
