Competitive starting salary, clean facilities, access to facilities when not at work.

Cons

Customer base can sometimes have unrealistic expectations, and the facility can be very busy some days and completely quiet on others.

Employees are very dedicated to company and each other. Different events make for different and exciting days. Access to attend other events and great benefits.

Cons

If you are not directly employed with Hockey or arena management side of the business, then you continue to look over your shoulder and are the first to be downsized, can be very stress full and will usually work long hours. Minimal advancement opportunities

Great team environment. Lot's of diverse areas cooperate to run a great company. A lot of great people doing great work. But if you like to coast, go somewhere else. This is an environment for achievers. It is not a warm and fuzzy place.
