-Horrendous pay compared to employers in the area -Do not care about employee retention, would rather hire cheap and burn through them. -Understaffing in multiple departments

Lots and lots of hockey

Cons

The office is like a dungeon. High Cubicle walls, no windows, and freezing cold. Everyone is broken into multiple offices in the basement and nobody talks to each other. Those that do were incredibly cliquey and made it a really difficult experience. It is a very depressing place to work.
