      Pros

      Plenty of travel and international work opportunities especially in handset division. Ideal for freshmen to get international exposure. Plenty of scope for individual contribution.

      Cons

      Samsung India Software Operations is not really viewed as a "Samsung" brand operation within the Samsung conglomerate. Internally, the identity is simply a dimunitive "SISO". Is functionally largely just a liaison or low-cost outsourcing centre. Contemptuous treatment from employees at Korean Headquarters. Happens at every level, from engineer to manager. Poor communication with employees at Korean Headquarters . Insesitive or rude management. No record of contribution. Work takes priority over life 24/7.
