The only positive was the “free” membership.

There was no leadership, no training protocol, no teamwork. It was awful.

Pros

Pay was above average, much better than other retail employers.

Cons

No regard for desired hours. You're asked how many hours you'd like to work when onboarded, then managers give you whatever they feel like. Shifts will often take over your entire day, so say goodbye to your social life.
