      Pros

      One of the global top 100 industrial company while boasting their leadership position in the products they sell. Focus on serving the building industry sector.

      Cons

      European based and narrow cultural diversity or acceptance. If you're not French, you're not much... No stock options in the US and only offer average benefit package.

      Pros

      There are zero pros to working here. Unless you count the newly instated 12-week paid paternity/maternity which only creates a massive amount of pressure on the rest of the business.

      Cons

      - terrible culture - clueless management/leadership - Overreaching, uneducated Human Resources Department - clueless management/leadership - some of the worst leadership I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely zero emotional intelligence. Near sighted & self interested - terrible pay well below industry medians. - clueless management/leadership - awful talent evaluation - clueless management/leadership - corporate bureaucracy - dim witted market analysis and business planning - horrendous change management - Division leadership is absolute garbage - no Training - For workers are treated like slaves - has no business serving any portion of the aerospace market - bonus objectives impossible to achieve and poorly established. - clueless management/leadership - Poor wages raises and bonuses - clueless management/leadership

      Pros

      My manager is great. He tries to support however possible but he is only one of many.

      Cons

      System is in disarray and dysfunctional. Hardly any communication. Orders get dropped but with no clear direction or guidelines and you are left to figure it out for yourself. Employees are not trained and often lack the tools and resouces to do their job.

      Thank you for giving your feedback. We continue to work on our culture and environment in Garden Grove. The good news is that we are making investments in the site and bringing in new business and customers. However, the downside of this growth is that there is a lot of activity at your location and it appears that we need to work on better communication and making sure that employees have the training and tools they need to be successful. We will work on this!
