Pros

Decent pay. Good client base.

Cons

1. No work life balance. I have seen first company where people in US also work in very very odd hours all the time. 2. A very top down hierarchy is highly Prevalent. No consultative approach of taking decisions. This has had negative impact like regular layoffs. 3. Favoritism runs very HIGH in this place. Just keep doing what your boss says and pretty much ignore everything else and your job will be SAFE. 4. Surviving on old ways of revenue earning. Did not hear anything new being done anywhere across the company. 5. Pay disparities are prevalent. 6. The last but not the least but surely the worst, AFTER WE HAVE SCREWED UP, ONE SOLUTION LIKE ALWAYS, LAY OFF FEW PEOPLE TO MAKE UP FOR LOST REVENUE.

Pros

The people is the main reason that makes this place and why I have remained so many years. The Work From Home can be a benefit assuming you have a Manager that allows it.

Cons

No work life balance. Promotions are based on how well you can promote yourself via a PowerPoint and networking and stop being about your actual accomplishments. Company feels that more Project Managers is what we need when we need people that do actual real work.
