Pros

Little of what can be described.

Cons

There are lot, will list some. Indian Leadership headed by MD is clueless what to do. Most of the good employees have resigned and others are also looking for job. Every time there will be a lot of vacancies which take ages to fill. HR is autocratic, the so called values of empathy, openness, fearlessness, etc. are only on paper. There is no ownership in top & middle management. Micro management - Extremely high Managers - Undeserving of loyalty, lacking decency, foul mouthed, unable to provide career direction, unable to motivate, expect teams to sacrifice everything. Every now and then reorganization and change of strategy. No career growth. They will hire to top/middle post from outside (which they struggle to find) who hardly stay in company, then how come do you expect to execute strategy? Present Management is only interested for quarter or year. In current times market demand is leading to good sales numbers aided by inflation but once it subsides in long run there will be irreparable consequences as company is not getting the talent.

Culture - Extremely poor Work-life balance - Doesn’t exist Micro management - Extremely high Managers - Undeserving of loyalty, lacking decency, foul mouthed, unable to provide career direction, unable to motivate, expect teams to sacrifice everything in personal life and health for superficial reasons Business Leaders - Bunch of ungrateful people with unrealistic expectations MD - Insecure, self-absorbed, self-serving Global management: Blind, lives in a “whatever we touch turns into gold” bubble If you ever cared about yourself, valued yourself, want to lead a peaceful life, DON’T JOIN.
