      Pros

      Place to learn and earn money. Also, if you have big dream, you can come.

      Cons

      1. really busy and your peers are all ok to work at night and weekends. 2. the operation teams are pushed, so you have to learn to abandon part of your responsibility towards your results to meet their deadlines. 3. The work environment are messy too. All the people talked loudly at places and had phone call loudly. I have to wear my headphone all the time to focus. Also, I tried to talk with hr group and my direct lead about that, but no one cared.
