Pros

Good leadership, will work with your schedule. Thats all I have to say about that. This twenty word minimum really has to go.

Cons

Low pay. If they would increase the pay the job would be perfect and really worth staying for a very long while.

Pros

An excellent example of a dysfunctional company. Individual departments are working against each other. A paycheck (small, but consistent) Free mediocre coffee Flexible scheduling

Cons

Duplicitous management. I understand the difference between not having access to information because of seniority and being actively lied to. Not opportunity for growth or advancement. No communication from management. Unreliable communication from management. Low pay and no bonuses.
