Pros

They offer a semi-intensive paid training program in case you'd like to start out as an interpreter. The work environment is just great, Management keeps you updated everyday. The work flow is amazing and they can be pretty flexible in terms of licenses or absences.

Cons

No cons from them at this time. There are some political issues that can affect our position as interpreters in general, but the company has prioritized it's workers and that's amazing.

While the company offers great flexibility, the long workdays and managing different time zones can sometimes be challenging. Adjusting schedules to accommodate global teams can require extra effort, but overall, the work-life balance initiatives help mitigate this
