      -Treated with respect. -Recognized as a knowledge worker and given an environment to pursue ideas -Generally intelligent co-workers and gifted leaders -Work/life balance the best bar none -Leadership position around analytics allows for experimentation

      Cons

      -Flat organization leaves little room for growth -Will never have the opprotunity to get rich like at other tech companies -Low turnover has created a culture of cronyism, lack of accountability and low expectations from certain veterans.

      SAS is a great place to work, but you have to be there a very long time to advance.

      Pros

      SAS heavily promotes work/life balance. SAS offers countless benefits (not just health insurance...) like aquatic center, onsite childcare, subsidized meals at the onsite cafes, gym, and list goes on and on and on.

      Cons

      It is difficult to take advantage of the countless benefits unless you're comfortable taking more time away from your work...which is hard to do. Opportunities for advancement are rare since employees rarely leave SAS to work elsewhere.
