Great work and life balance. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful.

Cons

Not enough incentives for career growth but I believe the organization is taking notes and changes will come.

They do their best for their actors

Pros

Easy access to resources for actors, benefits information, and they are readily available to answer calls. They offer call services in NY and LA.

Cons

Not a con about them because they do their best. Checks and residual checks come from production and sometimes they get lost. SAG-AFTRA now has residuals portal which is helpful. Now it's more organized, it used to take me forever to track down a check
