Pros

Easy to get this job. Preview of your roster for 1 month. Nothing else I can think of! Avoid it!

Cons

Bullies in the company. Payment is ridiculous. No basic salary. Totally dependent on how many flight hours attributed per month. Uniform is pathetic and bad quality.

Pros

Full-time job, 8 hours contract, contact with people

Cons

The team work doesn't exist, the employees are fighting for 1€ (when people get charged for extra luggage on the boarding gate the agent get benefit 1€). You are obligated to charge 10 passenger minimum per day for extra bag. Fighting with passengers and colleges all day. The company create rivalry between employees and that make the environment insupportable.

Pros

Great for young people. Plenty of free-time. Return home every day. Meet hundreds of people from different cultures. Reasonable salary.

Cons

Very hard to step ahead. Very random working hours. Early shifts start at 5.30 am. Can get stressful. Physically tiring.
