Pros

Pay is good. Other employees were helpful. Past managers were great. Rush rodeo is a definite must at least once.

Cons

Management has issues. Never wanting to be apart of the department. Would rather sit in the office and stare at a computer screen instead of being active in the department they are managing. Letting bad employees get away with anything they wanted. Showed favoritism to some employees. Corporate made changes for the worse. Ended up putting a bigger workload on the store employees and management at the store level didn't help with that. Employee appreciation wasn't there. Seems like all they want to care about is money. Unless you know someone don't plan on advancing much in this company.

Pros

This company is leading the industry as the only publicly traded commercial transportation company. Always potential in any sales job like this. Management is knowledgeable and will assist you throughout the process.

Cons

If you are not 100% invested in spending several years getting your network started (while trying to support yourself financially), it can be tough. This career will take a minimum of 2 years to become financially comfortable.
