Pros

Great brand, I will stay a customer and use the cruise line. The company offers good benefits.

Cons

Very little career growth, people hold the same position for decades. Also, seniority runs the place, its like a little mafia, only friends get promoted. The salaries are usually under market value about 6K.

Pros

Standby vacation if you live near a departure port. Fairly generous pay.

Cons

BIG BROTHER is A Bahamian Company working in the USA. What happens in international Waters, stays in international Waters including promised pay that was never received. HIGH ANXIETY. STRESS.
