Great brand, I will stay a customer and use the cruise line. The company offers good benefits.

Cons

Very little career growth, people hold the same position for decades. Also, seniority runs the place, its like a little mafia, only friends get promoted. The salaries are usually under market value about 6K.

People, professionalism. The warm feeling that everyone on your team provides you.

Cons

The cost of housing went up 42% in Miami-Dade county. Our leaving CEO walked with a ton of cash, meanwhile, i got a 4% raise to off set the current cost of living.
