Pros

It is a great Company with incredible products in a unique and exciting industry. The Company focuses much on everything that is placed on ships (the ship, product offering, crew, customer and places to go). The benefits offered in the company are very good, especially the employee cruise privileges, allowing employees to travel and see he world in an inexpensive way.

Cons

A very busy business (24/7) and hard to balance work and personal time due to the business and all the projects that management places on the organization. The organization would be much better if all departments coordinated all the work that is going on across brands and share ideas for best practices. A company growing fast that needs to continue focus on implementing correct infustucture and tools to handle the big growth
