Pros

Really nice and friendly culture overall, a great place to grow and learn new things. Great products and great sales and customer care departments, great

Cons

Everything is done with agencies and with HQ being in France and then Mars playing in it which can cause things to move very slow. Also, it does not matter who has the skills or knowledge for a project, it's more who can make more decks and squeeze into meeting with senior leaders to present it with all the buzzwords. Can feel very fragmented and unstable day to day because of these things.

Pros

Good benefits, pension. If you’re single (no family responsibilities) and can dedicate countless hours to your job, this is the place for you.

Cons

Turn over on senior leadership is very high, every 2-3 years full change in leadership, which means a reset every time making it difficult to advance unless you’re in the clique (which also exists in senior level, mostly led by current GM) Highest politics I’ve ever seen in an organization. They will use every ounce of energy out of you, and when you’re too tired to do more, you will get phased out or replaced. Ruthless approach to people. HR is useless and self serving. My career was great, when I spent 60 hours per week at work, the moment I had a family and couldn’t work those hours, it went downhill, no action about the workload, by anyone, despite multiple efforts. Lots of people off work on stress leave, company has a reputation for terminating those who use this benefit. Don’t sideline your career here!
