      Pros

      Rizing is the best company I've ever worked for. The reasons I say this are; - Supportive management and internal stakeholders. - Career growth and training opportunities. - Work environment that supports cross-functional training - Employee benefits. We get to finish at 1 pm every Friday!!

      No obvious cons or negatives. Love this company!

      Senior Management Politics Not much organic growth like promotions are promised but not given to keep you working harder.

Integrity is a core value of ours, and in no way do we expect our leaders to commit to career growth that we will not support, although at times, of course, business results can make future plans unpredictable. We will include this in leadership coaching.

      Pros

      Great compensation, no micromanagement from the higher ups, positively environment, great company, got benefits for dental and optic up to 1k, medical insurance up to 45k that covers family members as well, no office hours as long as you get the job done

      Cons

      Might need to work at odd hours if assigned to project based in other timezones ie US, AUS

We are doing a lot of work to embed a strong and balanced work-life culture across our company as we know working with different time zones can at times be overwhelming.
