Pros

Pay is decent. If I didn't have to add more than 5 words here that would be about it

Cons

Back stabbing is common, Promotions based on who you know not what you can do, in the last year they took away free lunches for overnights, Guests who make up complaints get free stuff or comped meals, Some supervisors think they control your life even outside the job.

Pros

Made decent tips + hourly pay

Cons

Low paying even with tips, supervisors will work you 16+ hours a day during holiday weekends and then schedule you off the rest of the week so they do not have to pay you over time. They will fire you for minor incidents.

Pros

Good pay and benefits

Cons

Senior leadership don't lead by example and will show favoritism to long time employees over new hires so if you don't kiss butt this ISN'T a job for you
