Large scale, smart people, nice offices

Cons

Horrendous bullying and poor behaviour in Montreal offices and Singapore, passed off as ‘cultural norms’ . Large gap of female leadership. Meetings at all hours in global roles. Layoffs.

The Arvida reserach center is populated with numeros professionals in divers disciplines, involved in aluminium production related projects. Research is put to practice and achevienging tangible results is always the key goal in the projects.

Cons

A bit far as it is located in Chicoutimi. You need to master French language in order to survive in the region.
