- Fun environment - Great corporate discount - "Office politics" not bad - Lots of change, but not in a bad way. The company is open to new ideas and improvement

Cons

- Salary, benefits, incentives just average. Definitely room to improve employee RRSP program, benefits etc. - Office has few amenities, building itself is uninspiring - Turnover rate is very high in some departments - Casual Fridays only - no "dress for your day" policy
