Not enough staffing to complete tasks. Management must work the hours to maintain store standards to keep up.

Canada Post within the Rexall located at 70 high street se Calgary, AB is run by untrained 20 somethings. Not one Rexall manager knows a thing about running the post office nor do they care how it's run. They leave training and management up to one person who they don't respect at all nor pay her enough to run the post office. They kept my hours low enough I didnt qualify for health insurance. Expected me to work 9 hour shifts with no breaks on weekends. I waited 2wks to see the increase in min. wage(oct2017) on my pay stub. I believe this post office could thrive instead it's barley able to survive. Rexall Management at this location is a joke. Smoking out the receiving door. Stealing. Professionalism doesn't exist here. As an employee I brought many issues to the store manager only to be spoken down to n dismissed like a child. Im not the only employee to quit in the last few mths. Ask yourself why?
