Pros
There are no pros, only extra and unnecessary pressure caused by incompetent people who bypass the appropriate point of contact and question you directly instead of going to the responsible person.
Cons
They do not treat Indians as employees or as part of the team. We are only expected to entertain clients, with no acknowledgment for our efforts despite a heavy workload. The team is filled with people who have strong speaking skills but lack real competence. If you are sick, do not expect even a basic “take care” message instead, you will still be asked about work. When you raise work-related questions, your competence is questioned, and other teams are trusted first, even when you are more experienced. Overall, it is a very poorly managed and disappointing company.
