Pros

You get Red Bull Swag

Cons

Its a joke of a sale organization, the commission is capped and you just drive around and deliver cans and sell more displays. It doesn't really develop or grow your skill sets and they kept pushing me to drink red bull when I never had one. It is a crappy drink like the rest of them and isn't really good for you. They also would have you rush through all your routes and stops so they don't have to pay you overtime. They are cheap and regret wasting my time with them. If you have a degree and want to make money don't work for RedBull

Fun, but still a job

Pros

Red Bull is great at providing their employees with a lot of social activities. I feel like there were frequent happy hours at the office, super fun parties around different holidays and the ability to tack onto other local/regional RB events. They have a great employee health program as well, and promote fitness through providing ways for employees to get outside.

Cons

Honestly, it's still just a job. I went from a super traditional corporate environment to RB and it was way better, but you're still sitting at a desk 8+ hours every day. Your experience totally depends on who your manager and department heads are.
