      Pros

      - young, international team - wide array of interesting topics - good fringe benefits (free food, drink, pension scheme, company bikes, etc.) - affluent company that doesn't need to count every penny - constantly growing = new undertakings/projects arise all the time - very dynamic surroundings (in a good way) - offices in the middle of beautiful surroundings, perfect if you are outdoorsy

      Cons

      - due to the low average age, sometimes lack of professionalism - hardly top-down communication - depending on department, it may be hard to develop (they rather bring in new people than give existing employees a chance) - brown-nosers oftentimes seem more successful than capable, but humble people.

      Pros

      Great in field work experience. You get to plan your own shifts (with guidelines and goals to hit). You get to attend cool events and those who you work with a great!

      Cons

      As a female in this position you are subject to sexual harassment from consumers who you are interacting with at events and on shifts. Also, don't drink the "Redbull Kool Aid", yes it is a good company but so many of the workers are high off of their own supply (literally they make you drink Redbull on the job all the time). All anyone in Redbull sees is Redbull, they don't see past the brand / product, it comes off a bit pretentious and bro-ey at times.

      Pros

      I have never worked for a better company in my life!!! Red Bull offers amazing benefits, flexible schedules, and managers that actually care about you and trust you. You are not confined to a box and you have the autonomy to make changes and suggestions as you see fit. I cannot think of a better company to work for and want to stay here until retirement.

      Cons

      Needs more performance management to those who are not performing.
