Pros

Lots of valuable and unique experience, Very interesting projects. Passionate and talented teams. Work here can become a serious career boost if you are lucky to get some good projects. Amazing work-life balance, if you have at least basic time management skills.

Cons

Hard to get good projects or a promotion if you are not besties with your management. Very mediocre salary. Key positions in upper management are close family members, which produces lots of politics at HQ.

Pros

Saying you get to work for Red Bull-an iconic company. That’s it.

Cons

My first day on the job my manager tried to h00k up with me. After I denied him, he made my life miserable and he was married!. HR didn’t do anything about it and he got me fired off a small technicality. I should have gotten an attorney, but I was young and naive. The things that go on at the work “events” are beyond disgusting. The leadership is totally unprofessional and you only get promotions or jobs if you’re attractive and kiss their you know what.

Pros

- free food in canteen - yearly employee party - some events for employees thorughout the year

Cons

- toxic work environment: gotta be really lucky to end up in a competent team - RB is a company that grew really fast, however apparently no body values prozesses and no matter the job position, each job basically consists of problem-solving 24/7. No evolving in personal and professional aspects at all. They tell you so, but don't do anything for it.
