      Pros

      Rappi will boost your career as no other company would; If you want to actually move things, you can; There are wonderful people ready to help and work together with you.

      Cons

      There's no separation between work and personal lives. This is a problem that goes all the way to the management. If you want peace of mind, Rappi isn't the company for you. This company has little to no inclusion. For reference, the leadership board is 90% white. If you want to have an impact beyond the delivery folks, forget it.
