      Pros

      - Challenging environment with lots of things to learn every day. - Working on something that solves real world issues. - Wonderful coworkers, not just on the engineering department but across the company. - They have good development processes (git flow, modularization, architecture, issue tracking) and they are enforcer accordingly. - Everything is open to discussion and processes change from time to time reflecting the company growth or to look for something that works better if it was a bad processes. - Company goals are shared from the top so you can see the direction the company is going and feel part of it.

      Cons

      - It can be too fast passed sometimes. - Not all processes are on point and it takes time and effort to change them so you gotta learn to live with some annoying processes for a time. - The company is still learning to work with a distributed team.
